What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (Naira), card payments (Naira), and selected international transfers for clients abroad. A 50% deposit secures custom commissions; balance is due before dispatch.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

Custom pieces are non-refundable once production has begun, but adjustments (sizing, finish) are included free of charge. In-stock pieces can be exchanged within 7 days if unworn and in original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at our cost.

Do you offer ring resizing?

Yes. Resizing is offered free of charge within 30 days of delivery on most settings. Beyond that, we charge a nominal craftsmanship fee. Eternity bands and pavé settings have limits — message us first.

Simple care practices such as cleaning your jewelry when necessary or sending it in for professional cleaning and polishing will help keep your piece looking timeless and exceptional.
